How To Buy Enbloc ?
Buying Properties collectively may be
cheaper when we all act together decisively!
Why ? Developers would
rather sell some of their selected properties in bulk, have a quicker
turn around, take profit than wait longer to sell the stocks, paying out
tens of thousands in marketing and interest costs ... beside taking the
risk of holding it out ...

Its time to do some viewings at the Project showflats in person after
checking and comparing the various projects online. To see the showflats,
please call us at Tel (65) 6777 1008 / Hp 9858 0900 or drop us an email
for an appointment (at your convenience). We will arrange to meet you
there.
Note : To enable us to assist you in getting a collective bargain, we
need to be with you during the viewing of the showflats. Oversea
investors and buyers, do also e-mail us your needs. We can arrange to
meet you up or sent you more information.
>>2 Register your interest to Buy Enbloc
Once you have decided on the project, register with us your interest by
filling up our Registration form. Just tell us your choice and there is
absolutely NO obligation or commitment to the purchase at this stage.
By now you should have work out your budget and financing arrangement
with your banker. Please contact us for assistance if needed. Please
also indicate your timing and urgency on your purchase.
>>3 Forming the Enbloc Group
The size of the group depends on the interest on the selected project.
Once we have gotten a minimum no of interested buyers ( say 5 or 10 etc
), we will start to discuss with the developer/s on the discount. Please
note that the amount of discount is very much dependent on the number in
the group. We will regularly keep you updated on the progress.
However, if your purchase is urgent, we will proceed to assist you in
getting the best price possible from the developer.
>>4 Closing the EnBloc Purchase
Once we have finalised the pricing, you need to pay a booking fee of
between 5% to 10% of the purchase price or such amount as determined by
the developer. Upon payment, the developers will issue you an Option to
Purchase.
From here, your appointed lawyer will take over the Property transaction
and also coordinate the rest of the progressive payments. You can
contact us for any assistance in getting a lawyer if needed
