By submitting the Registration form :

1. I confirmed that I would like to engage Teakhwa Real Estate Pte Ltd to be my exclusive agent for a period of Three (3) months from the date of Registration.

2. I/We hereby agree to pay M/s Teakhwa Real Estate Pte Ltd as commission two percent ( 2%) of the selling price, during the time set forth herein either at the above price and terms or at any other price and terms agreeable to me.

4. I/We agree to refer to M/s Teakhwa Real Estate Pte Ltd all prospective purchasers , sellers or brokers who may contact me directly and furnish M/s Teakhwa Real Estate Pte Ltd with their name, telephone numbers and address. I/We also agree to make the said property available for viewing during all reasonable hours of the day.

5. M/s Teakhwa Real Estate Pte Ltd is given the exclusive right to advertise the said property at the price and terms set forth.

6. M/s Teakhwa Real Estate Pte Ltd hereby agrees to co-operate with any broker in securing a buyer or a seller for the above described property. Upon completion of the sale, M/s Teakhwa Real Estate Pte Ltd agrees to pay the co-broker the required commission payable .
